Atomization Process of Germanium Hydride in an Electrothermal Quartz Tube

  • Influence of hydrogen and oxygen on the absorption signal of Ge in an electrothermal quartz tube was studied. The results show that the hydrogen provides free H radicals and that the atomization of GeH4 is caused by collision with hydrogen free radicals.
