电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定煤灰成分中的多组分

Simultaneous Determination of Multi-components in Coal Ash Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 煤灰样品采用偏硼酸锂助熔,对滚压片机压片,用5%(体积分数)的王水搅拌溶解,加镉内标定容后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定,方法检出限为0.0027%~0.0567%,精密度 (RSD,n=10)为0.79%~2.21%,回收率为96.07%~107.0%。方法经国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定结果与标准值相符,实现了煤灰成分快速大量的多元素同时测定。

     

    Abstract: Coal ash samples were decomposed by alkali fusion with lithium metaborate and the melted beads were dissolved with 5% aqua regia. Sample solutions were then determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with Cd as internal standard. The detection limits for the elements were 0.0027%~0.0567% and the recoveries of the method were 96.07%~107.0% with precision of 0.79%~2.21%RSD (n=10). The reliability of the method has been tested by determination of the elements in National Standard Reference materials and the results are in agreement with the certified values. The method also has been applied to the simultaneous determination of multi-components in coal ash samples with satisfactory results.
