Determination of Trace Lead in Spicery by Microhydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 采用微型氢化发生技术,在自行改造的XDY-Ⅲ原子荧光光度计上测定调味品中痕量铅.结果表明,在酸性介质中氢化反应体系稳定;Fe、Co、Ni、Cu和氢化元素等干扰元素均允许较高含量.方法的检出限达到0.30ng/g,精密度(RSD,n=11)为1.1%,样品加标回收率为87.5%~10.0%.方法用于调味品中痕量铅的检验,结果满意,改造后的原子荧光光度计可用于实际样品的测定.

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of trace Pb in spicery by XDYⅢ atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer with microhydridegenerator was developed. The results showed that the hydrogenation reaction system was stable in acid medium. The interference from elements such as Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and hydride forming elements on Pb determination was investigated and the results indicated that high contents of interference elements were endurable.The detection limit of the method for Pb was 0.30 ng/g and the recovery was 87.5%~100.0% with precision of 1.1%RSD(n=11). The method has been applied to the determination of trace Pb in spicery with satisfactory results and can be used in the analysis of practical samples.
