  • 摘要: 对以P256强碱性阴离子树脂分离富集,5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定铀矿石中微量铀含量的测定结果进行了不确定度评定.分析了不确定度的主要来源,提供了引入不确定度的各参数和计算方法,对各不确定度分量进行分析计算,最终合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.

     

    Abstract: The uncertainty on measurement results of micro-mount uranium in uranium ores by 5-BrPADAP spectrophotometry with P256 strong basic anionexchange resin separation and enrichment was evaluated. The main sources of the uncertainty were analyzed. The uncertainty expression and mathematical models for calculating each parameter were proposed. The sub-ncertainties and the expanded uncertainty were also calculated.
