Direct Determination of Trace Tellurium in Geochemical Samples by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluoresence Spectrmetry

  • 摘要: 采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸溶解样品,以Fe3 作减缓剂,不需分离富集,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法直接测定地球化学样品中痕量碲.对测定介质、KBH4浓度、铁盐的作用等条件进行试验.方法检出限为0.0031μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=11)<6.10%.方法用于国家一级地球化学标准物质中痕量碲的测定,结果与标准值一致.

     

    Abstract: A method for the direct determination of tellurium in geochemical samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was established. The sample was decomposed with mixed acid of HNO3-HF-HClO4. The instrumental parameters were optimized and the effect of some influencing factors such as HCl and KBH4 concentrations on Te determination were studied. The detection limit of the method for Te is 0.003~1 μg/g. The method has been applied to the determination of trace tellurium in National Standard Reference Geochemical Materials and the results are in agreement with certified values with precision of less than 6.10%RSD(n=11).
