摘要: 从地学角度分析了信阳毛尖茶叶产地的地质背景对土壤中元素组合、土壤类型和地貌景观的影响，探讨了地质背景与茶叶主要品质的关系，认为花岗岩母质土壤，海拔300～800m高，有一定坡度、植被茂盛的环境适宜优质信阳毛尖的生长。
