电弧蒸馏光谱法测定化探样品中痕量银锡铅硼镓

Determination of Trace Amount of Silver, Tin, Lead, Boron and Gallium in Geochemical Exploration Samples by Electric Arc Distillation-Emission Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 报道了采用电弧蒸馏光谱法对化探样品中痕量Ag、Sn、Pb、B和Ga等元素的测定方法的改进。试验了多种缓冲剂的效果和分馏效应,选择了最佳工作电流、电极规格和内标元素。方法可以充分分馏待测元素,分离基体元素,消除由于基体元素进入弧焰所带来的背景干扰,并使待测元素的谱线强度大为增强,对Ag、Sn、Pb、B和Ga方法的检出限分别为0.01~1.0μg/g,精密度试验RsD(n=12)在5.4%~11.8%。方法经土壤国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。
