Determination of Major and Minor Elements in Chromite by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 采用低熔点的混合熔剂熔融制样,用3080E2型X射线荧光光谱仪对铬铁中Na,Mg,Al,Si,P,S,K,Ca,Ti,Cr,Mn,Fe和Ni等13种主,次量元素进行测定,使用理论α系数校正元素间的吸收-增强效应,其分析结果有较高的准确度。
