外束离子感生发光法及其应用研究初探

Study on External Beam Ionoluminescence and Its Primary Application

  • 摘要: 基于外束质子激发X荧光分析(ProtonInducedXrayEmission———PIXE法)的外束离子感生发光(IonBeamInducedLuminescence,IBIL)实验装置,实现了IBIL对地质样品斜长石(钙长石)中元素铁的化学价态的直接分析。实验结果表明,Fe2+和Fe3+光谱峰分别位于553nm和682nm清晰分离,Fe3+光谱峰清晰突出,Fe2+峰也可确认
