滤纸制样X射线荧光光谱法测定矿石中的多元素

Determination of Multi-elements in Ore Samples by Xray Fluorescence Spectrometry with Filter Paper Sample Preparation

  • 摘要: 建立了滤纸制样,以钴作内标,X射线荧光光谱测定矿石中铁、铜、铅、锌的方法。将淀粉压制成环,作为滤纸的底托,取一定量的分析溶液滴加到淀粉底托的滤纸上,将底托和滤纸放入烘箱,在50℃低温烘干,将淀粉底托和滤纸压制成形,待X射线荧光光谱仪测量。铁、铜、铅、锌的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)均小于5%。用国家一级标准物质验证,测量值与标准值吻合。方法操作简单、方便、快速。

     

    Abstract: A sample preparation method with filter paper for X-ray fluorescence spectrometric analysis of Fe, Cu, Pb, Zn in ores was achieved. The filter paper pre-treated with starch was used for absorbing analytes in solution and then dried under 50℃, shaped for XRF analysis with cobalt as internal standard. The method has been verified by analysis of Fe, Cu, Pb and Zn in National Standard Reference Materials. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of <5%RSD (n=11). The method is simple, reliable and efficient.
