Determination of Ultra-trace Rare Earth Elements in Barite by ICP-MS after Matrix Separation

  • 摘要: 采用Na2O2、Na2CO3 碱熔重晶石,水提取,氨水沉淀稀土元素,经氢型阳离子交换树脂交换分离富集稀土元素,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱对重晶石中超痕量稀土元素进行测定,用铑作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移。重晶石中钡的分离效率达到99. 999%,检出限为0. 11~6. 9ng/g,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)≤13. 7%。
