Determination of Trace Vanadium by Catalytic Kinetic Spectrophotometry in Light Green SF-hydrogen Peroxide System

  • 摘要: 在硫酸介质中,痕量钒(Ⅴ)能明显催化过氧化氢氧化亮绿SF褪色,通过研究该反应的最佳实验条件和动力学参数,建立了测定痕量钒的新催化动力学光度法。该方法选择性强、操作简便、快速,其线性范围为0.0~40 ng/mL,检出限为5.2 ng/L。方法用于水样及茶叶中痕量钒(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意。

     

    Abstract: Based on the catalytic effect of vanadium on the discoloring reaction of light green SF oxidized by H2O2in medium of sulfuric acid, a new method for the determination of vanadium(Ⅴ) was proposed. The optimum determination condition and kinetic parameters have been investigated. The detection limit is 5.2 ng/L with linear range of 0.0~40 ng/mL for vanadium(Ⅴ). The method has been applied to the determination of trace vanadium in water and tea samples with satisfactory results.
