气相色谱法测定地下水中有机氯农药和多氯联苯

Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides and Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Groundwater by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了地下水中常见有机氯农药和多氯联苯的气相色谱分析方法。有机氯农药检出限均小于2.21 ng/L,多氯联苯中PCB 1检出限为5.20 ng/L,其他目标组分检出限在1.30 ng/L以下。两大类待测组分回收率均可以达到63.5%~110.2%,各组分精密度(RSD,n=5)在2.2%~17.3%。除异狄氏剂外,有机氯农药基体加标回收率为87.34%~133.76%。方法稳定性和重现性较好,样品前处理操作简便,适用于实验室分析或进一步改进。

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of common organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in groundwater by gas chromatography (GC) was developed. The method provides the detection limits of lower than 2.21 ng/L for OCPs, 5.20 ng/L for PCB 1 and lower than 1.30 ng/L for other target pollutants. The recoveries for most of the OCPs and PCBs were 63.5%~110.2% with precision of 2.2%~17.3% RSD (n=5) and the recoveries of the pollutants in practical samples were 87.34%~133.76% except for endrin. The method provides the advantages of good stability and reproducibility, simple sample preparation and has been applied to the determination of OCPs and PCBs in groundwater samples.
