Determination of Trace Germanium in Copper, Lead and Zinc Ores by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 样品经硝酸-氢氟酸-硫酸混合酸溶解,磷酸提取,用原子荧光光谱法测定铜矿石、铅矿石和锌矿石中的微量锗,干扰少,灵敏度高。实验确定了介质最佳酸度,对干扰元素的允许量进行了试验。方法检出限为20.64 ng/g,测定范围为0.20~100 μg/g。经全国不同地区7家实验室采用铜矿石、铅矿石和锌矿石国家标准物质验证,方法精密度好,准确度高。

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of trace germanium in copper, lead and zinc ores by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed. Samples were digested with mixed acid of HCl-HNO3-H2SO4 and extracted with hot phosphoric acid. Trace Ge in the sample solution was then determined by HG-AFS. The determination condition was optimized through the experiments and the tolerance of the interference elements on the determination was also tested. The detection limit of the method for Ge was 20.64 ng/g with the detection range of 0.20~100 μg/g. The reliability of the method was tested by determination of trace Ge in National Standard Reference copper, lead and zinc ore samples with satisfactory results.
