原子荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中的镉

Determination of Cadmium in Iron Ores by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 样品经盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸混合酸溶解,用原子荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中的镉。实验确定了最佳酸度、增感剂镍量、抗坏血酸量和硫脲量,并确定了仪器测定最佳条件,对干扰元素的允许量进行了研究。方法检出限为0.20 μg/L,精密度为4.5%,线性范围为0~160 μg/L,加标回收率为95.9%~103.7%。方法可应用于铁矿石的快速检测。

     

    Abstract: Iron ore was dissolved with mixed acid of HClHNO3-HF-HClO4 and content of Cd in the sample solution was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). The effects of some parameters such as solution acidity, dosage of Ni2+ (as a sensitizer), dosages of ascorbic acid and thiourea, working parameters of the AFS instrument on the determination were studied and optimized by experiments. The allowable quantities of the interference elements were also investigated. The results showed that the detection limit of the method for Cd was 0.20 g/L with dynamic linear range of 0~160 g/L. The recovery of the method for Cd was 95.9%~103.7% with precision of 4.5% RSD. The method has been applied to the rapid determination of Cd in iron ores.
