Recent Progress of On-line Sample Preconcentration in Capillary Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 在简单介绍样品堆集法、pH法、扫集法、等速电泳法和色谱法等毛细管电泳在线富集技术的原理及对各个方法的优缺点评述的基础上,重点对2007—2008年毛细管电泳在线预富集技术研究取得的新进展进行综述。指出将两种或两种以上的富集方法相结合、对原有富集方法进行改进、开展基于新机理的富集方法是毛细管电泳在线富集技术研究的主要方向;建立新的高灵敏度富集技术更应将富集时间短、操作简单、重现性好和无需离线预处理即可完成对复杂基质中痕量及超痕量组分的富集方法作为研究重点。综述引用文献83篇。

     

    Abstract: Based on the introduction of online sample preconcentration technology, such as stacking, pH junction, sweeping, isotachophoresis and chromatography in capillary electrophoresis, some novel studies on this technology from 2007—2008 year were reviewed. It is pointed out that the combination of two or more than two preconcentration methods, the improvement of the original preconcentration method and the novel enrichment method based on novel principle would be the direction of online sample preconcentration research in the future. Furthermore, the higher sensitivity in less time together with simple and reproducible operation, and without any offline pretreatment for complex samples should be focused on establishing new methods. 83 references were cited.
